Andile openly states that 'black's can't be racist'. He base his argument on Malcolm X, who said, in order to be racist, you need to be in power!
However, this is not the US, and the white minority is not in power! So going on what Malcolm X said, Then yes, blacks are racist because they are those in government, with power. Whites are only responding to black racism so in fact it is whites that cannot be racist in South Africa!
He also admit, for someone working for an EU funded Human Rights foundation that he: "hate white peopleā€¯. Read here.
In a recent UK Gaurdian interview he was also hinted as being the new "Biko" by his ANC friends.
