"ANC was build on truth and it lives by the truth.

"If Unamabatha (hidden agendas), ANC is not your home because we have experienced people here who will see through you," said Motlanthe, addressing hundreds of people at the Kwa-Thema, Springs during ANC election campaign.

He said many people (parties) were making promises to do this and that after April 22 elections but "the ANC based on experience, stays and commits to improve service delivery to the people".

"We must do more this time around. we want to invest on education to make sure that all the children go to school."

Motlanthe said they would invest resources in creating bulk infrastructure and maintaining it, in order to provide people with water lights and paid road.

He spoke about the global financial crisis, saying people were loosing jobs and houses throughout the world.

"We are not in the same situation in South Africa, we have enough money here which must be used to fix our roads and schools."
